Leaving the hospital

Almost two weeks ago, my husband Jefferson was evacuated from Dakar to Portugal via an air ambulance due to a complication of gallbladder removal.

Once he was received at the Hospital in Lisbon, he was diagnosed with a biliary peritonitis. He then underwent two interventions and the good care of the medical staff.

Due to his good evolution to the treatment he was discharged yesterday afternoon.

Thank God, and to you who have committed to intercede, he is well. Still under observation, but no longer in the hospital, but in the house of a very dear missionary here in Portugal.

I ask you to continue praying for his complete recovery, for our boys who have been studying in Dakar and for the finances.

Right now, we have half the debt of the transfer by the air ambulance to pay.

We believe God is faithful and will supply!
